Sober September is a 30-day alcohol-free challenge lead by Andra West LeBauer for anyone who is sober curious (wondering if being alcohol-free would make you feel better), or anyone who has a current commitment to an alcohol-free life and is interested in incorporating mindfulness as a tool.
Who Is Andra LeBauer?
Andra West LeBauer is a Duke Certified Integrative Health and Wellness Coach, Massage Therapist, Yoga Teacher, Mindfulness Meditation Instructor, and Mindful Mamma. She weaves all of these rich modalities together through her deeply held value that mindfulness and intention are the way to reclaim peace, space, and to remember again how to thrive in the present moment.
